PHE 111 - Core Conditioning


Core Conditioning is a full body workout combining strength training, yoga, pilates, and interval training to improve muscle tone, stamina, and flexibility. Students will shape and lengthen legs, thighs, and upper body while sculpturing abdominal and back muscles.
