PHE 124 - Jazz Fusion Workout


This course is a jazz dance class infused with resistance and strength training, pilates, yoga, cardio, stretching and muscle toning all set to great jazz music. Each class consists of warm-up, stretching, aerobics, conditioning, and fun jazz dance combos.
