PHE 173 - Pilates


This course makes extensive use of the recognized Pilates Technique developed by Joseph Pilates. It combines Pilates Mat and stretching exercises. The Pilates Method is based on strengthening the core muscles and the stretching exercises will increase your flexibility and agility. These movements are easily learned and will remain a “lasting foundation technique” for lifelong flexibility, strength, and better posture.
